Our Journey
Dynamic Mega Builder Sdn Bhd, formerly known as Grande Kaizen Sdn Bhd, embarked on its journey on the 8th of May, 2009. Our office is strategically located at Lot 2292, 1st Floor, BLK 4, Bulatan Commercial Centre, Jalan Datuk Muip, Piasau Jaya, 98000 Miri, Sarawak. In Sarawak, Mr. Lee Sean Hsiung, our Managing Director, has been instrumental in overseeing operations for over a decade. With his extensive experience in construction and project development, coupled with a deep understanding of marketing, Mr. Hsiung serves as the cornerstone of our company, leading us towards a brighter future.
Our Start
Dynamic Mega Builder specializes in construction and renovation works. We have honed our expertise in a range of services, including construction, renovation, electrical work, air-conditioning installation, painting, wall partitioning, CCTV installation and repair, and general mechanical services. Moreover, we actively participate in marketing newly developed housing estates, industrial estates, and commercial properties in Miri and Kuching. At present, we are deeply involved in a substantial project, Bandar Baru Semariang in Kuching, where we are committed to developing a 403-acre New Township. This township will include a variety of properties, such as shop lots, low-cost housing, luxury homes, a theme park, and even a university
